@metsarebest2@TheMetsX He started out not being trusted, but he has come in important spots more recently. That guy will probably complain when he comes in and blows a save.
Mets fans are still crying about Antoan Richardson? He was a nice story, but the Mets top three base stealers last year (85/147) were Soto (lower leg injury), Lindor (out most of year) and Acuna (not on team). Add to the fact that if you don't get on base, you can't steal. #LGM
David Stearns saw Antoan Richardson turn Juan Soto into a prolific basestealer. Instead of rewarding him by paying him what he wanted, Stearns let him leave and go to the Braves. This year, the #Mets have been safe stealing only 65% of the time, compared to 90% last year. Genius!
@symeew13 All great tunes so hard to pick. It depends on the mood. Round and Round was one of the first songs I heard back in the day. I will go with Way Cool Jr. today! Long Live Ratt!
Even with the crappy offense and injuries, the Mets still have more SB and better percentage than the Braves. Maybe the Mets should have kept the great Eric Chavez. LOL. Just kidding.
@TheBaseballHut I don't think Peterson has failed to backup any other play this year, so this is a one-off moment. He was probably frustrated that he sucks. Do people want Mendoza to yell at him in the dugout? Come on guys.
