According to reports, on December 25 (Christmas Day) in India, more than 60 attacks were carried out against Churches and Christian communities.

These incidents reportedly resulted in the deaths of 5 Christian people and injuries to around 150 others.

The attacks are alleged to have been carried out by extremist Hindu groups.
