@kodaktvindia Purchased a Kodak TV which became defective within a short time. It has been 25+ days and my TV is still not working. I have contacted customer care multiple times issue is still unresolved. Kindly resolve this issue immediately.

I did order on 6th June 22 as per the scheduled, order should deliver on 7th june 22 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
But item did not deliver to me upto 8th June 22. Several times I called to customer care and did not get expected result.
On 9th June 22 it is showing delivered

I am using 4G SIM (my number as 7327828011) and present area pincode - 768108
From last 1 and half month, net speed is very slow even 500kbps is not coming.
I complained to customer care and they told before 7th April 21 it will resolve. Not yet resolve :(
