@verynetwork very unreliable with orders. Placed order on black Friday which didn't arrive, replaced order and that didn't arrive also. The experience as of recent has been atrocious. Unless you can fix the mess ups, you've lost a customer.

@Etsy hi I have been unable to log into my Etsy account and I am not aware of the reason why, it says to contact support and I have done so a number of times over the last few months and no one seems to get in touch to correct the issues. Can this be looked into please?
Why complain to @OVOEnergy they here playing games. It's almost 4 months of an account migration and no1 can still give me an update. Complaint handler just vanished. Yes @EnergyOmbudsman this is real and you expect people to wait.. shall my dad die before something gets done?
Even a complaint doesn't seem to do anything with @OVOEnergy this is really starting to get ridiculous. "Complaints Handler" tends to ignore you and avoid responding to you chasing their mess up.
How do you even run as a company?
@OVOEnergy 3 months and counting for an account migration and I'm literally having to chase every day for an update with no response. Starting to feel like begging for an update now. Absolute shambles
@EnergyOmbudsman My dad's "account migration" is over 3 months, and no one can tell me the progress, is that not long enough for yourselves to get involved he is OAP and stressed out he will not be able to top up his account because of this. He has already been without electricity once for a week

What happened to dad's emergency appointment @OVOEnergy as you can real OFF SUPPLY and you don't seem to be expediting this. My parents are having to stay in my brother's house because there's no electric and you're just munching on popcorn
