the marketing gold rush is here

creating high quality animations with claude is really cheap but it’s not easy, nor fast

i built an automated workflow skill to make beautiful animations with claude

you give it a verse, a quote or a story, and say how it should look

it draws every frame, narrates it and scores it

→ describe the look in your own words: oil paint, watercolour, crayon, ink, storybook
→ writes every scene as code and paints each frame like hand animation
→ reads it aloud with a voice that runs on your computer, or use your own
→ captions timed to every word
→ music composed for each short, nothing to license
→ vertical, square or wide
→ a 40 second short rendered in under a minute

on the pro plan you can make 50+ a day, on the 5X you can make 250

i'm giving the whole workflow + skill away for free

comment "animator" and i'll send it over

my Claude videos used to look generic

clean, smooth and completely forgettable

the problem wasn’t the model. I was typing “make me a video about X” and hoping for the best

now every video goes through the same 6 steps:

> reference
I show Claude a video I actually like. it breaks down why it works: the pacing, where the first motion lands, how the text comes in, the cut rhythm
this one step fixes most of the generic look

> data
real numbers before anything moves. every figure has a source
a wrong number in a beautiful animation is still wrong, it just looks more convincing

> story
one point, one hero number, three beats
written before any motion, so the video is about something

> motion
Claude writes the animation as code with Remotion and a motion-design skill
no video model, so every word, number and timing stays editable

> direct
I don’t re-prompt. I just say what’s off:
“title is a beat late” one line changes
“draw the line slower” one line changes
nothing else breaks

ship
it renders stills, checks them against the reference and the data
nothing goes out until I approve it

> most people jump straight to step 4 and wonder why it looks like everyone else’s

the real difference is step 1 and step 5: copy what works, then direct instead of re-rolling

full setup, the prompt and the 10 open-source skills are in the article

NICHE LEAK!

11.6K subscribers and 3.8M total views 🔥

The channel explores how people survived harsh winters and lived in the past

Started May 28, 2026 with 35 videos

Recent topics include grass houses, freezing temperatures, and traditional heating methods

OUTLIERS:
> One video about Korean heated floors reached 64K views
> Japanese paper houses hit 526K
The channel uses simple illustrations to explain historical survival methods

I don't recommend this thumbnail style but the content itself is getting traction
