To the best of my knowledge, if a flight is delayed by more than two hours, passengers have the option to request a refund without boarding the flight. However, from my recent experiences, airlines often have passengers board the flight and then keep them waiting for hours to avoid the refund process. I believe it's high time we raise this concern with the authorities. Sitting in a parked flight for hours is a terrible experience. For instance, my friend's daughter had health issues during such a delay, and there wasn't even an oximeter available on the flight. This is a serious problem sir. Please look into this

Today I had the worst experience staying in a Hotel. I came to Chennai for an award function and the coordinators have booked my room in Hablis, Guindy. They gave me a room which is not even listed in their corridor. It was connected to another room. When my two little kids were enjoying the hotel staffs came in and asked them to be quiet because some important meeting is going in the other room. They asked this twice. Unfortunately I was at the award function when this happened. We checked out from there when I came to know about this. I dont know for what purpose they are keeping an unlisted private room in the hotel. Whatever it is they should not give it to a family. If you are planning to visit Chennai and stay there with family, HABLIS , Guindy is not the one. Its the organisers who booked the room. I wouldn’t have done that for any reason.

Heading back home. Long 45 days , I was here in Los Angeles for the Oscar promotions for our film “2018-Everyone Is Hero”. I am really thankful to the God who gave me this great opportunity to direct this movie and travel this far with this film. I know this is just a beginning, long way to the Oscars. I thank my producer Venu Kunnappilly for making this journey possible, without his passion towards cinema and generous mind I wouldn’t have made this. He is the first Malayalam film producer who has came this far for the Oscars. I hope I will not disappoint him. I thank my publicist here in LA for all the screenings and advice, I thank the media and all the people who came for the screenings. I thank my friends in US , especially Sandy, Amit, Sree, Abraham, Rishi and Roshan for supporting when I was alone, away from my family , my lovely parents,my dearest wife and sweet two little daughters . This is the longest time that I have been away from them. But I know they all want me to win this race. I wont disappoint my friends and relatives for the immense support they have given. Today the voting has started to decide the 15 films out of 88 films from all around the world. Whatever might be the results I can assure you all that we tried our best, to make us all proud. Fingers crossed for December 21st, the announcement date. See you soon dears. Can’t wait to reach God’s own country. ❤️❤️❤️
