There is a shop in Wuse 2 right here in Abuja where the rent is 15 million naira.
They only sell chocolates in that shop and it's nice though.
But the times I have been there the shop is always empty when it comes to customers.
My question is,does selling chocolate give such money where you can pay 15m naira yearly as rent and still make profit?
Remember, the quality of your life is the reflection of your knowledge. Smart people don’t talk about intelligence. They live intelligently. It’s all in their lifestyle.
You'll never change your nature, don't even try it
For example
If you're addicted to gambling, just embrace it, become better at poker, then find some victims to play with, and take all their money - instead of daydreaming of ever quitting. MAKE THE BEST OUT OF YOUR VICES.
Kobe Bryant once said:
“Everyone wants to be a beast. Everyone wants to be the best. But very few people are willing to do what it actually takes. Because what it takes is boring. It is waking up at 4:00 AM. It is shooting the same shot a thousand times. It is watching the film when you are tired. People fall in love with the result, but they hate the process. You have to fall in love with the boredom. You have to fall in love with the repetition.
If you can find joy in the mundane work that no one else sees, the lights will eventually shine on you.”
The fastest way to change your life is to rip yourself out of your (physical and digital) environment. Change everything overnight. The places you go, the accounts you follow, the info you consume, etc. It's difficult but it absolutely works.
Degrees are depreciating assets.
Specific knowledge is an appreciating asset.
Stop trying to master the things everyone knows and start mastering what isn't taught in the classroom.
