@TonyOElumelu I'm writing again to request for my account to be reactivated. I have done video validation and yet the account is not yet reactivated. The officer in charge of the video validation said 24 or 48hrs to reactivate it but it seems like that is not happening soon @UBANigeriaPlc

@UBAGroup The like os omawunmi, Nofisat, faith O, zainab L amongst others are the staffs I keep receiving email from. Pls the people in charge schould look into this as it's becoming unbearable
@UBAGroup One person comes and says they are in recipient of my documents, the other comes on same email trail to say that he or she is not in recipient of my documents. Like what the hell is happening. Am I being scammed by @UBAGroup , @UBANigeriaPlc . Because this is becoming a hindrance
