@DVLAgovuk Beth… I have phoned your helpline 4 times now. It takes up to 45 minutes to get through and the operators can tell you absolutely nothing about the progress of your case. This tweet proves you have no idea of the frustration DVLA are putting us all through. Disgusting.

@DVLAgovuk I have now been waiting 13 weeks since you received my DVLA approved sight field vision test from Spec Savers. This is barbaric and an absolutely appalling way to run a service. When will I receive my license that I am completely entitled to?

@CommonsTrans I have been waiting 13 weeks for my medical renewal from DVLA. The phone system is diabolical and antagonising for customers, a message telling you there is nothing the operators can do! It’s appalling and something needs to be done about this barbaric service.
