The piece of furniture continues to sit in my porch! I want it gone and my refund ASAP! Why can't you book a courier that turns up?

Never ever buy from this furniture company! Appalling customer service...with a long,long process to get your item collected and a full refund! Be prepared to spend a week at home 12hrs a day! With the vague hope that someone will collect your item......Good luck!!
