VSBattleWiki has it Mach 0.77, this at 0.9, and others above Mach 5-9. All over the place, and we know it cannot be over the latter due--

PB is Mach 1, Kusakabe by narrative is the strongest Grade 1 so he upscales Shibuya Yuji, so he's bare minimum SoS baseline.
