@Donnelly4Ohio@CBHessick Plea deals can be fair, if..and only if..the Judge inquires of the Defendant what occurred & if the narrative does not match the charges, refuse to accept the plea. I had the issue on a rape charge, and once the youth allocuted, i refused the plea. Prosecutor dismissed the case.
@clevelanddotcom For the past 6-years, the Laborers Union, Local 860, tried to increase the pay for the Probation & Detention Center Officers and Clerk's Office, to no avail. The Court refused.
Now that the Court is trying to break the union, the members receive a livable wage. 2 riots later?
The issue is how to get people to understand that hateful tweets are not what our democracy is about.

Meghan, what i do not understand is the vast majority of Reps and Dems all want a fiscally responsible govt and are socially liberal. The right and left have highjacked the parties and are distorting the ideology, not to mention the extremists. This is the message, pass it on!
