@EastMidRailway why are the seat reservations on the 0750 from Wellingborough to Nottingham in place but the St Pancras to Nottingham are? I knew the train would be busy and always reserve a seat yet when I got on no sign of my reservation and people refusing to move.

As a landlord it's important to ensure you comply with all legislation. I recently had the experience of seeing a deposit paid for in April but not registered until after the tenancy started in September. This is an experienced agent and is illegal.

@EastMidRailway a member of my family is travelling from Cambridge to Wellingborough original train she is booked on into St Pancras has been cancelled. She has an advance ticket for the London to Wellingborough portion, which she will miss I assume she needs a new ticket?
