@virginmedia The contract says we should have received the hub 4. The hub 3 keeps dropping out, it doesn’t reach throughout the house and is much less reliable than our previous hub.

@virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp since you sent us the wrong router for our upgrade it hasn’t worked properly. We should have received the hub 4 but we received a hub 3. If you are not going to send us the ring router at least send us a better one. The contract say hub 4.

@virginmedia We had to upgrade to the m250. We should have had a hub 4 but we were sent a hub 3 which doesn’t work properly in our house.

@Andy_Sargent I’m so sorry. My elder daughter took her life on 20 February. We are trying to start functioning again but we are taking one day at a time. By saying it mental health is brought to peoples attention.
