When I'm asked to give advice to students, the #1 piece of advice I give is this:

Just because a subject is hard for you (math/science/etc), that doesn't mean you're "not cut out for it." You don't have to be a natural at your chosen subject. It's okay if you have to work hard.

Had the opportunity to supervise an Orienteering activity today, courtesy of the Outdoor Education team, in lieu of camp being cancelled. Students were challenged, had fun and learned a little bit more about orienteering today. Well done OE team! 💪

Organised a 40 word treasure hunt in the POD and classroom today as a last hurrah for my Year 6 Chinese class. Let's just say that the students were very competitive!! Who said learning a language can't be fun?!
