Which means the cap of £85,000 affects people whose property is lower in value. Are there many properties of such low value in the South? If so,then yes, you will be affected.

We could all do more to change society's attitudes to women and girls, our attitudes to one another, institutional changes, being kinder, being decent people. Or do we just give up and accept that men will always kill people?
