After serving 150 days in military prison, I faced the IOF's unsuitability committee today.

Unfortunately, they decided to keep playing with my freedom and refused to release me. They know very well that no matter how many times they imprison me, I will never take part in this eternal hate and annihilation of people.

In a few days, I will be sent back to the military prison for another imprisonment period.

During the committee, I made it clear that before I ask them to release me from prison, my first demand is for them to immediately stop the genocide and ethnic cleansing in Gaza.

To you, the international community, I ask for your help.
Do everything you can to stop the endless flow of weapons, funding, and legitimacy from the world to Israel.

They can lock us up; they can isolate us. But they will never take away our belief—shared by Palestinians and Israelis living here—in reconciliation and a better future for all people, from the river to the sea.
