Smt. Dharma Meena (70 years, Senior Citizen) inadvertently boarded Coach B4 instead of her allocated Coach B2. Upon verification of her ticket, the TTE, instead of extending due assistance expected under passenger service obligations, allegedly engaged in abusive, intimidating, and disrespectful conduct towards the elderly passenger.
Such behaviour constitutes a serious dereliction of duty, violation of passenger dignity, and is in clear breach of the standards of conduct prescribed for railway staff. The incident reflects gross misconduct and is especially concerning given the vulnerability of a senior citizen.
It is hereby requested that an immediate inquiry be initiated and strict disciplinary action be taken against the concerned official. Accountability must be ensured to prevent recurrence of such incidents. @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @PMOIndia
