@chhopsky @gregogallagher @BHA_Edubb Btw the majority of population couldn’t do this with good form and tempo. So I’d lean on the side of that this is a pretty reasonable strength goal. Idk if I’d put it as elite though for the seasoned lifters. Also see too many people using straps on it as well.

@chhopsky @gregogallagher @BHA_Edubb Everyone is taking his opinion to heart. He’s done phases of deadlifts and is super strong on them despite not training them all the time. He’s basically just stating that for the physique he’s aiming to build that the deadlift ROI just isn’t worth it. It’s prob for engagement.

If he was juicing he’d put on much more mass and weight with how hard he lifts. People just wanna cope. Greg knows his stuff. Going against the grain will always bring out haters.
