The CIA has publicly acknowledged that Project MKULTRA involved research into behavior control beginning in 1953, and the agency later released more than 13,000 pages of related documents. CIA files include subprojects involving human experimentation, drugs, neurology, personality research and other methods of influencing behavior.

We didn’t tell people to blindly believe us.

We asked what can actually be detected and documented?

Government personnel reporting Anomalous Health Incidents have received congressional hearings, intelligence investigations, specialized medical attention and federal resources. People hear words like “mind reading,” “V2K,” “brain hacking,” or “cognitive surveillance” and immediately assume the entire subject is impossible.

But look at the public record.

A March 28, 2024 Department of Justice FOIA response displayed here says the Civil Rights Division had received 2,383 complaints from 1950–2023 across requested categories that included Directed Energy Weapons, Havana Syndrome, MKULTRA, neurological weapons and V2K.

The document lists 930 complaints categorized as Directed Energy Weapons and 343 categorized as V2K.

Now look at what scientists and technology companies openly discuss.

At the World Economic Forum’s 2023 session “Ready for Brain Transparency?”, Duke professor Nita Farahany discussed brain sensors being incorporated into everyday devices and the growing ability to collect and interpret electrical brain activity. She has warned that neurotechnology creates unprecedented questions about mental privacy and access to the brain.

Apple filed U.S. Patent Application US20230225659A1, “Biosignal Sensing Device Using Dynamic Selection of Electrodes.” It describes earbuds or headsets containing electrodes capable of measuring biosignals including EEG, electroencephalography, electrical activity associated with the brain.

Then there’s DARPA.

DARPA’s completed N3 program sought high-performance, bi-directional brain-machine interfaces for able-bodied service members. DARPA’s stated objective included technology capable of reading from and writing to neural tissue, with algorithms decoding and encoding neural signals using modalities including electromagnetic, acoustic and optical energy.

So why do people still laugh at the conversation?

Part of the problem is language.

Say “EEG biosignal sensing,” “neural decoding,” “brain-computer interface,” or “bidirectional neurotechnology” and it sounds scientific.

Say “technology that can read information from the brain” and suddenly people get uncomfortable.

Maybe that discomfort is exactly why the conversation gets shut down so quickly.

Brain activity can be measured.

AI can classify increasingly complex neural patterns.

Ear-worn EEG technology is being patented.

DARPA has openly pursued systems designed to read from and write to the brain.

Governments are discussing mental privacy because neurotechnology is advancing rapidly enough that mental privacy has become a serious policy issue.

So where is the line between what’s public, what’s experimental and what remains classified?

How far ahead are military and intelligence applications compared with consumer products?

Why do people reporting technological interference so rarely receive serious technical testing?

And when does society start treating cognitive liberty with the same seriousness as physical privacy?

Why is so much still hidden?

Secrecy is often defended in the name of “national security,” but history shows that excessive secrecy has repeatedly protected institutions more than it has protected people.

That’s not how a free country is supposed to work.

In America, the government is supposed to serve the people. Power is supposed to flow from the people to government, not the other way around. That’s the whole premise behind constitutional limits, congressional oversight, a free press, and later laws like the Freedom of Information Act. The public is not meant to sit quietly while agencies bury information that could expose wrongdoing, failure, or preventable harm.

And we’ve seen this pattern before.

MKUltra stayed hidden until investigations forced disclosure.

COINTELPRO showed the public what intelligence abuses look like when secrecy goes unchecked.

The Church Committee exposed serious misconduct by intelligence agencies.

The Pentagon Papers showed how government secrecy can be used to manage perception instead of tell the truth.

The Tuskegee scandal showed what happens when authorities hide harm while people keep suffering.

So when it comes to Anomalous Health Incidents aka Havana Syndrome, the answer cannot be endless secrecy, partial disclosures, and selective declassification.

If more than 1,000 classified documents were reviewed, then the only real path to the bottom of this is full declassification to the maximum extent possible. Not years from now. Not after more people are ignored. Not after more lives are damaged.

People are still suffering. Some lost careers. Some lost health. Some lost trust in the very institutions that were supposed to protect them.

You do not end that suffering by keeping the public in the dark.

You end it by putting the record on the table.

Declassify the documents.

Declassify the methods where possible.

Declassify the findings.

Let independent researchers, journalists, physicians, scientists, and the public examine the full picture.

Congress is finally asking the right question about MKULTRA...

What did it become?

On June 30, 2026, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna chaired the House Oversight hearing “Mind Control and Accountability: Uncovering the Truth of the CIA’s MKULTRA Project.”

MKULTRA itself isn’t disputed history. The CIA experimented on unwitting people with drugs, hypnosis, sensory deprivation and behavioral-control techniques. Much of the evidence was destroyed in 1973.

But Luna went beyond history. Talking about preventing this from happening again, she said investigators need to identify it “currently and how it’s evolved potentially.”

That’s where the conversation gets serious.

Since MKULTRA, we’ve developed...

Brain-computer interfaces.

AI capable of interpreting neural signals.

Directed-energy systems.

RF-induced auditory research.

Remote biosensors.

Advanced surveillance.

Behavioral prediction.

Military neurotechnology.

DARPA’s N3 program openly pursued bi-directional brain-machine interfaces designed to read from and write to multiple areas of the brain.

The U.S. military openly develops high-power microwave and directed-energy systems.

Patents exist describing RF hearing, remotely monitoring brain waves and electromagnetic interaction with neural activity.

So where did the research into controlling or influencing human behavior actually stop?

Did it stop?

Or did the technology simply evolve far beyond LSD experiments and hypnosis?

This connects directly to what we've been investigating.

For years, we’ve worked with thousands of people around the world reporting Havana Syndrome/AHI-type experiences, anomalous frequency activity, V2K-type experiences, possible directed-energy exposure, electronic interference, and other phenomena they struggle to explain.

Then the Intelligence Community reported in 2025 that two components had shifted their assessments after reviewing new information about foreign directed-energy research, with one assessing that a foreign actor likely possesses an RF antipersonnel capability capable of producing biological effects consistent with some reported AHI symptoms.

And now mainstream scientific literature is openly discussing nanoscale systems capable of sensing, communicating, networking, monitoring biological information, and operating within the human body.

Calling something “healthcare technology” doesn’t eliminate its potential for misuse. GPS can guide you home or track your movements. Facial recognition can unlock your phone or monitor entire populations. AI can help diagnose disease or be weaponized. The technology itself doesn’t decide how it’s ultimately used.

So when scientists are developing microscopic systems capable of monitoring and communicating from inside the body, we should be asking serious questions...

Who controls them?

Who owns the data?

Who can communicate with them?

What prevents unauthorized access?

Could these systems be adapted for surveillance, military, or intelligence applications?

And what protections exist if a person never consented to their use?

How advanced is it, who controls it, how can it be independently detected, and what happens when informed consent is removed from the equation?

Before MI6 whistleblower Ralph Hassall was scanned, Jesse Beltran already had the spectrum analyzer running.

That detail changes the entire context.

On the @ShawnJohnsonPod Jesse says the equipment was operating before Ralph arrived, giving him a picture of the existing RF environment. As Ralph approached and came to the door, Jesse says the spectrum analyzer began experiencing interference. He reset it, re-established the baseline, and then saw a frequency he identified as associated with the UK Ministry of Defence begin appearing when Ralph entered.

Why is that worth investigating?

A spectrum analyzer doesn’t read thoughts, detect implants, or flash the words “Ministry of Defence” on the screen.

It measures radio-frequency energy across a range of frequencies. In simple terms, it shows what RF signals are present, where they are in the spectrum, and how strong they are. Engineers use spectrum analyzers to identify transmitters, interference, unexpected emissions, harmonics, and changes in an RF environment. Keysight describes a spectrum analyzer as measuring signal amplitude as it varies by frequency.

That’s why establishing a baseline first is important.

If the room has a certain RF signature before somebody arrives, and a new signal appears or changes when that person enters, you now have something specific to document and attempt to reproduce.

The UK government openly acknowledges that the Ministry of Defence manages and uses substantial portions of the radio spectrum for defence systems. MOD documents describe spectrum as critical for military radio, radar, satellite, mobile voice and data systems. Ofcom’s UK Frequency Allocation Table also documents civilian and military allocations and sharing arrangements.

But here’s the important distinction...

The spectrum analyzer itself can show that RF energy exists at a particular frequency. Attributing that transmission to the Ministry of Defence requires knowledge of frequency allocations, signal characteristics, databases, prior measurements or additional technical analysis.

Jesse says that based on his experience, what appeared was a Ministry of Defence-associated frequency.

And look at who had just arrived.

Ralph Hassall.

An MI6 whistleblower who says he operated as a British intelligence asset and that technology used during his work allowed covert, real-time communication with handlers.

Ralph describes that system as cognitively intrusive. He says there were situations where he didn’t need to communicate through normal radios, phones or conventional reporting methods because of the technology he says was being used with him.

Then he comes to be independently scanned, and Jesse says a Ministry of Defence-associated frequency appears as he walks through the door.

Coincidence?

Environmental RF?

A nearby legitimate transmitter?

Interference?

Something associated with Ralph?

Those are exactly the possibilities that should be tested instead of pretending the answer is already known.

Repeat the experiment.

Establish the baseline before Ralph enters.

Record the spectrum continuously.

Have Ralph enter and leave repeatedly.

Remove phones and known transmitters.

Identify the exact center frequency, bandwidth, modulation and signal strength.

Use direction-finding equipment.

Bring in independent RF engineers.

Then determine whether the signal follows Ralph or stays with the environment.

If it disappears when Ralph leaves and returns when he enters, that would be important.

If it remains regardless of Ralph, that would be important too.

That’s what investigation looks like.

And this is where Mind Nexus is different.

Jesse Beltran had already scanned @RealAlexJones previously with the EDD-24XT Non-Linear Junction Detector and documented positive responses in several areas.

Then, during a later interview, something different happened.

Jesse had a spectrum analyzer running in the room. He says that when Alex walked in, a frequency appeared that Jesse identified as being associated with Homeland Security.

According to Jesse, the signal was sitting around -48 dB, but when Alex entered the room it climbed as high as approximately -28 dB.

That immediately got his attention.

Alex asked the obvious question: was it his phone?

Jesse said he didn’t think so.

Alex then asked whether it could be “chips” in him. Jesse said that was always a possibility, but clarified that his own sense was that what he was seeing was an RF signal he believed was satellite-based, and that it crossed into the RFID sector.

Now remember the sequence.

First, Alex had already produced multiple positive responses during a previous Non-Linear Junction Detection scan.

Later, during an entirely separate interview, Jesse says a frequency he recognized as associated with Homeland Security appeared when Alex entered the room and increased significantly in strength.

Two different dates.

Two different instruments.

Two different observations.

And then the conversation turned to MI6 whistleblower Ralph Hassall.

Ralph has told Mind Nexus that technology used during his intelligence work was cognitively intrusive.

He describes a synthetic-telepathy system that allowed MI6 assets to communicate with superiors in real time during covert operations without relying on normal radios, phones or traditional reporting methods.

Alex specifically asked whether Ralph had described a system where what he thought, saw and heard could be collected automatically.

Jesse explained that Ralph described the system as so intrusive that he eventually demanded they stop communicating with him that way and return to traditional intelligence protocols.

Think about what that means if Ralph’s account is accurate.

A covert operator wouldn’t necessarily have to pick up a phone.

He wouldn’t necessarily have to send a written report.

He wouldn’t necessarily have to verbally describe everything he saw.

The technology itself could become part of the intelligence-gathering system.

Now ask the uncomfortable question...

If intelligence agencies have developed technology capable of real-time cognitively intrusive communication with human assets, what does that technology look like outside classified operations?

What RF signatures would it produce?

Could it produce nonlinear-junction responses?

Could it interact with RFID-type systems?

And how would an ordinary person ever know it was there?

On January 14, 2026, the House Committee on Homeland Security sent a letter to DHS Secretary Kristi Noem saying it was investigating reports that Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) acquired a portable device with capabilities that may be linked to Anomalous Health Incidents, and the letter specifically says the reported device was described as capable of producing pulsed radio waves.

That alone should get people’s attention...

This wasn’t a random social media claim.

It was a formal congressional oversight letter.

The committee also noted that, according to recent reporting, the device was allegedly obtained through an undercover operation involving millions of dollars, with the total amount reportedly in the eight figures, and that after the acquisition the device was reportedly transferred for more than a year of testing.

Then came the questions Congress wanted answered.

The letter requested a classified staff briefing and asked for four specific things...

- How the device was acquired
- The final dollar amount paid
- The results of the year-long testing period
- What specific operational or analytical purpose DHS had for acquiring the device

Read that again...

Congress wasn’t asking those questions because there was “nothing there.” Congress was asking because the reported facts were serious enough to trigger formal oversight.

It absolutely proves this subject is serious enough that federal officials were being pressed for answers about a reported device connected to the broader AHI conversation.

How many people still call this “conspiracy” without reading the record?

How many dismiss the issue while Congress is sending letters demanding answers?

People need facts.
