After 18 years of school and college, society finally asks you:

“So, what will you do next?”

And I often wonder:

Then what were we doing for the last 18 years?

We spent our childhood preparing for a future that nobody taught us how to live.

18 years of education,
yet the real questions begin only after graduation:

What do you want?
Who are you?
What is worth pursuing?
And what kind of life do you actually want to build?

Perhaps education should not only prepare us to earn a living.

It should prepare us to live.

Your spouse and your children are your primary family.
Build your life around them, protect your bond with them, and let your priorities reflect that truth.

@mehaktwts One more thing to add, when there's diversity hiring, that mostly comes with pay parity. No one openly agrees to it and flaunts pay normalisation and stuff, but that there's. So be wise with negotiation 🤞 Might not apply for campus hiring but otherwise it definitely does.

@mehaktwts I never benefited from this diversity hiring. I just don't understand whether it's my luck that is bad or it's the wrong companies I am applying for. Nevertheless, I am glad I got to where I am. Good luck to you!

Me - Where are my taxes going ? I don’t have good air, roads, public schools, proper electricity etc.

Govt - We are busy renaming cities. The renaming of Allahabad to Prayagraj in 2018 cost the state government over Rs 300 crore and now this might cost 500 Cr

@Priya_Kruthi There is another wonderful place at Birla Mandir, behind the temple in the premises near the canteen. It's built like a cave and they do rudra aarti (simple one) every evening which felt powerful when I attended.
