Pathetic customer service by @lufthansa. My baggage (LH1878, 16 Feb) was delayed, I was repeatedly misinformed that it was “out for delivery,” forced to cancel plans, and ultimately told to collect it myself from the airport. There is no proper contact number, and when I finally got through, the representative was extremely rude and dismissive, zero accountability. Extremely disappointing experience. Submitted all required forms for compensation and it’s been two weeks with absolutely no response. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I don’t know how these sudden responses about an admin change started. What I want to clarify is there are no admin changes. The same admin will continue to handle DVV and will ensure the very best for #OG and everyone.

3. Our conscious effort has always been to stay close to fans by replying, addressing concerns and keeping you updated. Our team has never misused this responsibility. We respond in a natural, colloquial way so that it never feels like some bot is running the handle. At the same time, we request you not to believe everything you see on social media. For a highly anticipated film like #OG, gossip and misinformation are bound to spread. We only react if we feel something is offensive towards our beloved actors not for mere opinions on the film. Please trust only official updates. We’re here to share them with you in time.

4. Your responses often become fuel for gossip websites. They deliberately write articles to trigger reactions. The more you respond, the more such articles appear. We make it a point to share even the smallest updates with you so please avoid relying on such news websites.

5. Copyright infringement strikes are a common practice in every industry and the film industry is no different. This does not mean we discourage talent. In fact we value and are open to supporting third-party merchandise companies and upcoming talents but official permission from the production house is mandatory.

#OG is a film meant for celebration and that’s what has been happening for the last 3 years and will continue to happen…. So let’s ignore all the noise and enjoy the euphoria that’s coming up… #TheyCallHimOG
