Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, takeaways, schools and more must be forced to accurately and obviously label meat by its slaughter method. If it’s halal, show consumers - VERY clearly.
Because we are all eating halal meat without knowing it. Our labelling system is entirely deficient, unclear and misleading.

Over one fifth of meat is halal - just think about that. How much halal meat are you unwittingly eating? The economics of it mean abattoirs are turning to halal, and then that meat seeps down the supply chain.
