@ww_uk have tried to call your customer service line..can't update about me bit on the app. Online coach says there is a tech issue but wwsupport page says there are no bugs? When will this be fixed please? Happening for a lot of android users but it's been over 2 weeks now

@FitbitSupport why does the app never sync properly? If I sync now it's deleted all yesterdays info and Sunday now says I only did 40 steps. Sick of messaging for a fix - seems to work when you reply. when will it just work properly.

@FitbitSupport not syncing any of yesterdays data. I synced last night and had over 10000 steps and today it says 0 for yesterday??

Fitbit being really slow last 2 days. Had 15000 steps synced to app yesterday this morning all those steps have been deleted and it's saying nil? It's synced today's steps but deleted all of yesterdays
