@bookingcom Please can you advise how we can actually speak to someone about a complaint? We've called several times & twice had the call drop once someone has put us on hold. We only receive the same automated responses to messages on the app. This is about a stay on 18 April!

@virginmedia I have lost the will to try and speak with someone as I'm in a never ending loop of options and then get sent a text that's no help. I was sent a 360 box as an upgrade &it repeatedly does not work & has to be reset. It also doesn't record properly, and jumps ahead

After months of waiting for a complaint resolution I receive an email at 8.35am to say thanks for speaking with us today and your complaint is resolved. I've not spoken to anyone. How do I escalate this? #o2complaint#o2
@MoonpigUK I've opted out of marketing emails for Fathers Day as my dad recently passed away. Today I've received 2 app notifications to remind me it's not too late to get a card. I did online chats both times,the 2nd time they left the chat. No explanation. No apology. Awful.

6 hours later another. Online chat started again to explain te situation, I'm told to change my settings and left!
The update on @fitbit is dreadful. The sleep graph looks like some kind of graph we had to draw in gcse maths. Really unclear and not user friendly. Please change it back #fitbit
