@sightDOING If you plan on taking the train from city to city, book your tickets now because they sell out fast. Khiva to Bukhara, if you plan to go, is 6+ hours and single cabins are hard to find.
@sightDOING Just got back from Uzbekista last night and all I can say is, the people are nice ๐I visited Khiva, Samarkand, Bukhara and Tashkent. Found good food everywhere. However, the majority of what I saw was Mosque, Madrasah, more Mosques and more Madrasahs, and bazaars peppered in.
@Matt_Pinner Dry, possibly boiled? Then it was cut with the grain which will make it hard to eat. Save it by making a stew using bone broth to add flavor.
