@KenDBerryMD Had to laugh because I have a diabetic dog who I fed keto before I switched too 😎 (chicken/beef, green beans and tuna). Doing carnivore myself and been working out since 12/15 and can't even describe I good I feel at 58. Sincerely Dr K. I thank you for providing all your info.

@fatboybeastmode Try a pork loin roast. Its different than a tenderloin it still has some fat attached. Dry rub salt n pepper and any thing else to taste, Low and slow 225F on a rack in a roasting pan/deep cookie sheet. Butter and ACV as a baste. Heat till 130 internal let rest for 15min mmmmm
