If the Home Minister, Amit Shah, fails to answer the Opposition’s logical questions on the floor of the House, he diverts the issue elsewhere.

This government and its spokespersons repeatedly claimed that there would be a 50 percent increase in seats in every state, but there is no mention of this in the Bill.

Earlier as well, Amit Shah made several statements on the floor of Parliament - promises were made regarding the implementation of the Assam Accord, especially Clause 6, but the Centre has still not implemented them.
