@noahforkansas I took care of my sick father for 8.5 yrs & you can imagine the bills we racked up for ambulance rides, ER visits, chemo, immunotherapy, radiation, lab work, rehab stays, PT, prescriptions and doctor appts, and not one time did I pause over the cost to save my dad’s life.

@mitchellvii For winning her second term, I’m not sure her Republican opponent Derek Schmidt had enough name recognition in 2022 to be able to beat her. There are a couple things she has sided w/ Republicans on which I think helped reinforce her second term win.

@mitchellvii I’m a born & raised Kansan… Gov. Kelly ran against Kris Kobach who did a horrible job of selling his agenda. He focused more on national issues than the local concerns of Kansans. She presented herself as a conservative Democrat that was willing to listen to the other side.
