@CsBoohoo_chath I will do this as I’m losing all respect for this company each day that they don’t respond. It’s not ok to ignore customers there’s a chance I won’t be returning any time soon for more purchases after this.
@boohoo please advise when I will hear back from some regarding an order that has not been delivered and has now been classed as missing. I’ve been waiting for a week for a response from the text message .. this is not acceptable customer service

@Footasylum never have I ever had such a bad experience with a shop, to wait 15 days for an item is diabolical and for it to still be lost in transit and you not delivering on what you promised. I think is disappointing and disgusting but you’re happy to take 💰
@jellycatlondon how do I get hold of the bags please I request individual bags in my last order as each one was for a gift and they were all sent in the same bag.please can you look into this
