@bt_uk @BTSupporrt very dissatisfied BT customer @Ofcom no explanation as to the fault, should have been resolved last Friday but now they say in 2 more days! We've had to purchase extra phone data (all rinsed now) as unable to watch any Netflix, Sky, BTSport/TNT, Black Friday etc
