@flagstar Chase gave me everything they have about the rejections but said FS sent me on a wild goose chase bc there’s no 14digit number

@flagstar is HORRIBLE. I need help to pay my loan. I have tried and tried over the last 4 months to pay my loan and the online transfers are constantly rejected. I’ve worked with multiple supervisors and now I can’t even pay by phone. HELP!!!

@flagstar I’m in constant tears over all the frustrations. Supervisor Matthew from banking #17840056 told me to get 14-digit trace numbers from Chase to see why those online transfers were sent, blocked by FS and returned.
