@AmazonUK when did you change delivery options? I used to have ‘enclosed front porch’ selected. Just checked and that’s not an option. YOU have changed it to front door. Your delivery drivers don’t even knock now. Just dump the parcel in full view of anyone and walk off.

Don’t offer a service to people that you can’t fulfil. Many people rely on you to get them their groceries when they are unable. What if I now had to wait 3-5days for that money before I was able to buy the groceries you never delivered?

@AsdaServiceTeam disappointed is an understatement. Why do you offer express delivery slots that are delivered by a 3rd party if that 3rd party can then cancel the order last minute? I booked one today on your app as my plans changed and I was unable to get out to do my shopping.

It was for 5-6pm today. You took my money. You got my order ready which I could see on the app. At 6:30pm I check again to find it’s been cancelled. By the delivery driver. So I am now without my shopping and also £70 down and now have to wait 3-5 days
