@KiaCanada I feel like @KiaCanada is basically staying their cars won’t last more than 5-6 years and that’s why they won’t cover anything. The car isn’t even worth $10000 to sell it. We would NEVER recoup that money. We only owe about 2500 on this car before we fully own it. This is insane

Got back from the @KiaCanada dealership in Orleans ON where we were told we need a new engine and cat and will cost $9900. We bought this car brand new 6 years ago. NOTHING is under warranty. The service manager said it was nothing we did, just a fluke. Oh and he made fun of Kia.

I don’t understand how after 6 years we have to put 10000 of work into the car. We didn’t even get into an accident or anything. The car just started shaking, so we took it in. We’re told @KiaCanada won’t cover it because our check engine light wasn’t on.

@KiaCanada Literally was told “well you bought a Kia” by the service manager at the Kia Orleans dealership was a low blow. Basically felt like we were being made fun of for buying a Kia..by a kia employee. I truly believe kia should stand behind their cars.
