@cathjw @cruncherwax @clifford0584 @jim_crawfurd @tombircher We can use NearMe but many of calls are via telephone. We have been doing this for many years so have built up expertise in what makes a good prof-prof call working collaboratively with our @Scotambservice colleagues #phoneafriend

@cathjw @cruncherwax @clifford0584 @jim_crawfurd @tombircher we use a call handling system called Consultant connect which records all our calls and can be easily interrogated. We have regular review of non conveyed calls with our ambulance colleagues to look for pot harm

I’m a frontline FT ED consultant who’s been doing EM for 16 years
I’m just trying to make things better and equitable for patients attending EDs across the country regardless of where they present
