@rockinsurance I cancelled my leisureguard insurance on renewal but was charged. have only received partial refund. Am being ignored by all emails and it’s been 2 weeks. Not acceptable pls resolve ASAP.

@mrsmummalove @itvMLshow Sadly not. I’ve made a claim through the credit card company but haven’t heard. Leisureguard came back and said absolutely not covered and to check page 7 (!?) of my policy. I paid via PayPal using my credit card so no idea where I stand with the cc co.

@itvMLshow EasyJet cancelled my flights and I couldn’t go on my holiday but Leisure-guard travel insurance are saying I’m not insured for the cost of the villa even though I would have gone if I could have got there. Any ideas?

@vauxhall I have just received by 5th request to return my Zafira for yet another safety update. Each time I have to drive 60 miles, sit in a dealership for 2-3 hours. Are you going to be compensating me?
