An invite to another lovely carol service at a historical church St Mary-le-Bow, dating from 11th century & rebuilt by Wren in 17th century. Had a go singing in African languages Chichewa and Korundi for Silent night carol. Nice catch up with old and new music associates

A rare sight of no cars in Regent Street on Saturday, with a festival of lit up stilt walkers, pretty shop windows, red vintage buses as a selfie, arts and crafts and an original disco bus blaring out cool dance tracks, with snowflakes falling down.

Some physio strengthening exercises, introduced to kettle weights, dumb bells, long sticks, stepping up and down and squats. Hard going but am sure will help to improve posture, sustain performance levels and general health.

Angel Wings Auroras spotted last night over Lapland, Finland 🇫🇮

A once-in-a-lifetime display where the northern lights unfolded in perfect symmetry, forming what looked like enormous glowing angel wings above the frozen forest.

The rare mix of pink, red, and green auroras only appears during intense solar activity, turning the Arctic sky into something that feels divine.

A moment so surreal it hardly looks real — yet it’s 100% nature.

A lovely nautical treat on Tuesday at the dress rehearsal of Gilbert &Sullivan's HMS Pinafore at ENO. Introduction by Captain Corcoran and tv presenter Mel Giedroyc who played a sailor. Very witty like a play with music and tap dancing; liked the dance using mops.
