@TMobile beyond bad customer service - 7/23 yes if you get TM internet you qualify for X plan, arrived in august , now it’s no ,sorry doesn’t qualify ! WTF
@Delta still on hold 4+ hours , sent message and getting no reply ! This is no way to treat paying customers and isn’t the first time , also 5/7/21 same issue !
@Delta canceling trip since you let 3 congressman fly 10/2 after exposure to Covid on Air Force One. And a Senator fly maskless on 10/1. Who else are you letting fly that’s been exposed ? So much for your “Carestandard” #fail

@AlenPurifiers Trying to reach customer service is impossible . I was just on hold , then suddenly it switched to say call back during hours but it it open hours !
