Wow, Julia discovered the nzymes for the Toxoplasma GPI side chain I myself found as a grad student in the early nineties. Looking forward to reading this.

Fun @toxobgondii lab outing to the @ucmerced vernal pools today, as we learned about California's wetland ecosystems in the Central Valley. Apparently, the extensive grass land you see in the distance and throughout CA (i.e. the 'golden' in 'golden state') is not native to CA.
So exciting to have won second place for oral presentation awards at this years #whip2022 and to have received a travel award. It was a great conference full of great people and science!! #woodshole#mbl
