A8: I think it can be difficult to stay unbiased when personal relationships are involved but it is important to keep personal relationships separate from feedback and to make comments that are specific to the work that the receiver of the feedback is producing. #ecet2

A9: I think that feedback can be something that is appreciated if it is something that is framed in a positive way and as something that is being used to make someone more successful. If success is the goal of feedback I definitely think it can be appreciated. #ecet2

A7: I think making feedback meaningful means making it specific to the receiver. If feedback is specific then it will be meaningful because the person receiving the feedback will know specifically what they can do to improve and grow. Useful feedback is meaningful feedback #ecet2

A6: I think that negative feedback is harder to accept because it can make someone feel like they have failed. This is why I believe that it is so important to reassure someone that feedback is coming from a constructive place and is meant for positive improvement. #ecet2

A5: In this case I think it is important to address that expectations are met and that we now want this person to excel even further. Even when expectations are met there are always things to be done that allow one to go above and beyond expectations. #ecet2
