I am so grateful for the two ladies at the @SouthwestAir check in counter in JAX last night. My mom just passed away and after being with her in the hospital with her for two weeks I was exhausted and due to traffic I missed my flight and when I got there broke down.

They comforted me so much and helped get me on another flight as all I wanted to do was get home. I ran into their supervisor who I caught his name was Daniel I believe but didn’t catch the two ladies names. I wanted to give them a shoutout if they can be identified.
