Fulvic Acid actually has some research on it publushed by the journal Clinical, Cosmetic and Investigative Dermatology that suggests it helps protect the skin. The study found fulvic acid significantly improved symptoms associated with eczema.

@kmarch67 @JamasSara @kaala8081 @peachandlily @aliciayoon For moisturizers I recommend @deciem the ordinary natural moisturizing factors (I like this w/ a drop of their argan oil in it) @puritokorea centella unscented recovery cream & @milkmakeup vegan milk moisturizer. I recommend starting with a minimal routine & adding more gradually

@kmarch67 @JamasSara @kaala8081 @peachandlily @aliciayoon The cleansers I recommend for super sensitive skin are by @theinkeylist (I use the oat cleansing balm and fulvic acid cleanser) @glossier the milky jelly cleanser @deciem the ordinary squalene cleanser and @puritokorea from green cleansing oil

If you haven't already, I recommend getting comfortable reading ingredient lists & starting a journal of ingredients you've tried & ones that seem to irritate your skin. Everyone has different triggers.
