@TruistNews Just filed this complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So much aggravation due to your incompetence and negligence. Truist doesn't care about their clients!
@AmericanAir Had the worse experience with you. My flight never took off, after hours of delays it was cancelled. I've spent hours on the phone and email trying to get a refund for a flight that never took off. Shame on you!!! You treat your customers like trash!
