Im a 28 Y/O Black author in Louisville, Ky! For the last 4 years Iโve spent EVERYTHING I have on the creation of the graphic novel #BlackHeart
My goal is to show how amazing this medium is, while bringing some much needed representation!
Please RT and help spread the word๐ค๐ค
@VectorSlinger hey sorry to pop up with a random blade bind question again lol but for an evade, the defender can play the additional cards after the attacker card is revealed right?
@shapehedron We gotta admit at some point that a lot of people use sjw language to project their jealousy and insecurities to feel self righteous about it
I always want to point out that he's constantly belittling the intelligence of his black guests. And for the record, he didn't use the word "ascertain" properly
@NamelessTechBro@LouisvilleGun Lol a 3D printer isn't an identity bro, u can relax. You're entitled to your opinion, it just so happens your opinion isn't shared by the vast majority of people who use the machines ๐ happy printing brother!
@NamelessTechBro@LouisvilleGun No need to get emotional and i never said that. If they work for you they work for you. the Bambu is just the better printer and you seem slightly misinformed about it's capabilities. But generally speaking, yes, creality has shitty quality control.
@NamelessTechBro@LouisvilleGun The k1 max has an extra 48mm in build and that's the only pro. Every other factor the Bambu wins by a large margin, not the least of those factors being print quality and dependability of the machine.
Yes you can use their software without sharing, it's called lan mode.
@NamelessTechBro@LouisvilleGun The cloud hiccup was the result of people repeatedly sending print jobs after the cloud went down, it was not "independent of user input". If you're using LAN mode, this wouldn't be a concern anyway.
@LouisvilleGun Bambu Studio is the slicer (software that prepares a 3D file for printing) for all Bambu printers. It is free to download, you can use the entirety of the software all the way up to the point where you'd press send to printer before you get your machine. If you are using Bambu...
@NamelessTechBro@LouisvilleGun Creality quality control and general print quality of their printers out of the box are nowhere near Bambu. Customer support terrible. Requires way more tinkering.
@LouisvilleGun When using the built in Wi-Fi, your files are sent through the Bambu cloud based in China. If that's an issue for you, you can use LAN mode to avoid the cloud, but you lose a few minor features related to the built in camera and the companion app, but the print remains unaffected
@LouisvilleGun ... you don't need to learn other software unless you plan on getting into 3D printing itself as a hobby. Orcaslicer is an alternative yes, but is not an upgraded BambuStudio. At one point it offered more features, but Bambu Studio has since absorbed the features into BambuStudio
