My token is out of sync for almost a year now. After several months of trying to get assistance from @ncbja customer service, I gave up. They need to fix this, cause I can only do few transactions online, it's frustrating.

Ok so I sign into @ncbja online. I get a notice my token is expired so I follow the steps to reactivate it. Token still saying OFF. I sign out and sign back in and get the same notice.
What am I to do next?
How would an elderly person who is not tech savvy deal with this?
