Pretending things that hurt you don’t hurt you may seem like “being strong”, but in actually, you’re creating deeper, more ingrained, long term pain for yourself.
You don’t have parasites. Or heavy metal poisoning. You don’t need to take more supplements. Or do a reset cleanse. Or fasting. You feel like shit because of chronic inflammation in your gut from years of eating inflammatory foods + high cortisol from lack of emotional healing.
@AllyCare@Ally 2 reps have told me my wire would go through today and it hasn’t. I’ve waited 2.5hrs on hold trying to get help. You are going to make me lose my apartment. What is happening?!
So will you choose ease now for pain later?
Or getting past current discomfort or fear to create the life and health that you’ve always dreamed of?
The choice is yours and yours alone.
The way to freedom with food + exercise…
is: to change your habits + autopilot and heal the emotional reasons behind certain actions and reactions.
is not: forcing yourself to diet & exercise / eating unhealthy things that make you feel bad / avoiding food + exercise.
If you want to get healthy physically / emotionally / mentally:
You have to accept that what you’ve done and believed up until now doesn’t work … it got you where you are.
If you’re not happy with where you are, open up your mind to something different.
The reason people are sick:
They pay for testing/medications/specialists/surgery/supplements, no matter how many times it doesn’t work.
But refuse to believe or invest in any solution outside of the mainstream medical system, no matter how much proof there is that it works.
