Tired: Hipster Barbershop
Wired: Hipster Barbershop/Surgeon as in days of yore. Millennials can come in for a haircut, a shot of bourbon and then have minor surgeries and/or dental work done. All procedures listed for a reasonable price on a chalkboard menu out front.
@PalpamemesYT@AlliGraz They tell you not to use CONDITIONER bc it’s sort of a binding agent that can attract contamination to your hair. Think of it like mascara on a windy spring day. Tons of pollen will get stuck to your mascara. So eliminate “attractors” such as (apparently) hair conditioner.
@PalpamemesYT@AlliGraz Ok- first of all- nothing you’re doing in a shower is “making” radiation worse. Radiation is a set rate depending on the ion. You DO want to shower with soap and shampoo to rinse out any contamination (this is the matter that emits radiation). Wash that shit down the drain
@Stacey_HB_@AlertWildfire Oh god. I’m not ready for back to back fires in this neighborhood. Been watching Electra operations all day- very stressful despite the knowledge it’s controlled.
@NewsFletch The view from here. Controlled firing operations on the south side of the river, lots of helicopter action. 3 chinook type choppers circling ready to help if needed, plus a spotter plane and additional chopper in the air circling. Sounds like Vietnam over here rn.
@shaherazhad @EvaRoethler @makebeliefmusic @_moonmaiden69 If you’re looking for history read a book, if you want to be entertained see a musical- I don’t think our entertainment has to be both. I found Hamilton extremely enjoyable (and that’s just the music- I’ve never actually seen the show).
@7three3733 Just never cook scrambled eggs (they make cleaning a bummer) or any tomato dish (too much acid) in it and then you pretty much just have to wipe it out with a paper towel when you’re done cooking and then do a final wipe with a little more oil. Keep it kinda glossy it’ll be fine
Tabeaux Cellars might be the only winery in California that's co-owned by a nuclear mechanic. Comstock's contributor Vanessa Labi (@babesicle_) asked the mechanic in question, @juliboggs, what it's like to run a family winery in Amador County.
