🐈💔Yesterday evening, we were contacted by a local Veterinary Practice after a tiny kitten was brought in by a member of the public. At just an estimated 5–6 weeks old, this poor little soul is desperately unwell💔🐈

🏥🩺The Vet team had already begun emergency treatment but due to the severity of his condition, we quickly transferred him to our own vet’s @FentonVets Haverfordwest, where the team are now working tirelessly to give him every possible chance 🩺🏥

Sadly, as this appears likely to be a case of abandonment, we have no history for him & no way of knowing exactly how he has ended up in such a heartbreaking state

One possibility is that he has aspirated, meaning fluid has entered his lungs. This can sometimes occur when a very young kitten is bottle or syringe fed & accidentally inhales the milk rather than swallowing it. Right now, all we can do is wait, hope & trust in the incredible expertise of the Vet team caring for him🙏

Because I've lived in this home my entire life and have only been around one person, I have little experience with people and am hesitant of new experiences. I would enjoy living in a quiet home, preferably one with lots of vertical space so I have a place to perch and observe the room. I would also appreciate having experienced, patient adopter(s) who are willing to take things slow with me. I would benefit from socialization, using rewards whenever I make a small positive step like making eye contact, allowing petting, or sniffing your hand. I'd prefer to take things at my own pace and would appreciate some good old fashion TLC. Winston is a 2 year 6 month old English Bulldog.
He is available and looking for a new home with someone who has experience of this breed.
He would be best in a home with no children or other pets.
He did live with another dog previously however he’d be best on his own.
Winston is chipped and neutered, he is also healthy with no medical issues.
His tongue has always stuck out of his mouth but doesn’t affect him.
Winston eats Royal Canin Adult dry kibble and likes to sleep in his crate at night as this makes him feel secure.
He is registered with the vets and will pull on the lead if he is desperate for the toilet.
He can be left on his own but it may take him some time to settle.
He loves to meet adults with no issues.
