I rarely post on here but I wanted to thank @Apple @tim_cook for the absolutely worst customer service - after sending my MacBook Pro for repair (thank god covered by AppleCare) for a week and sending back my product with a complete different setup of keyboard language -

- yeah, like I can spend another $3,000 just like that, and even if I could, I responded that they couldn’t even give me a new one with my configuration because they don’t have other keyboards than QWERTY available - because yeah, in the USA 🇺🇸 we ONLY speak English right?
