@drivalia Had a terrible experience recently at Gatwick. Spent over 4 hours trying to pick up my car. Wouldn’t except my credit card so had to pay extra £180. They were trying it on with everyone saying credit card not working or expiring within 3 months so couldn’t use it!

@British_Airways please can you help me. My son is flying from Miami to Heathrow then onwards 3 hours later to Tenerife where he is a resident. Can you confirm that he can fly with an antigen test as this is now accepted in Tenerife. I’m worried about the 72 hours
